1. What this site is — and isn’t

Glotrave Guides publishes travel guides, visa information, and scholarship guides for general informational purposes. It is not a travel agency, a law firm, an immigration consultancy, or a financial advisor, and nothing on this site should be treated as professional legal, immigration, or financial advice.

Visa rules, scholarship deadlines, fees, and eligibility requirements change — sometimes without notice — and every article on this site includes a reminder to confirm current details with the relevant official government, embassy, or university source before you act on anything you read here. The Visa Checker tool on this site works the same way: it’s a starting-point summary meant to save you research time, not a substitute for checking the official government source for your specific situation.

2. Accuracy of information

I do my best to keep every guide accurate and up to date, and I link to official sources wherever possible so you can verify details yourself. That said, I’m one person covering a large amount of constantly-changing information, and mistakes or outdated figures can happen. If you spot something that looks wrong or out of date, I genuinely want to know — please use the contact page to flag it.

I don’t guarantee that any information on this site is complete, current, or error-free, and I’m not liable for decisions made, money spent, or outcomes (such as a visa or scholarship application) based on information found here.

3. Using the content on this site

Everything published on Glotrave Guides — articles, guides, and original text — is my own work and is protected by copyright.

If you’d like to reference or republish something beyond a short quote, contact me first — I’m generally reasonable about this and would rather have a conversation than a dispute.

4. Comments and user submissions

If commenting is open on a given article, I reserve the right to remove any comment that is spam, abusive, off-topic, or that infringes someone else’s rights. By posting a comment, you confirm it’s your own original content and that you’re not violating any law or any third party’s rights by posting it.

5. Links to other websites

This site links out to official government portals, university websites, and other third-party sources so you can verify information directly. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. A link to an external site isn’t an endorsement of everything on it.

6. Advertising

This site may display advertising (such as Google AdSense) to help cover the cost of running it. As of this writing, Glotrave Guides does not use affiliate links or earn commissions from bookings, sign-ups, or purchases made through any link on this site. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to disclose it clearly.

7. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms occasionally as the site grows or as circumstances change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
